Earlier on the same day, the delegation of Military Hospital 175 visited and learned about the reality of Military Hospital 17. From there, the two sides agreed on priority contents regarding training, professional support, technology transfer, and communication for Military Hospital 17 to refer to and have specific plans to improve professional qualifications, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

On that basis, Military Hospital 175 determined to support the frontline work for Military Hospital 17 and the military medical sector of Military Region 5, this is also the responsibility of Military Hospital 175 under the direction of the Military Medical Department. Hospital 175 is always ready to provide training, practical training, professional support in medical examination, consultation, surgery, procedures, and technical transfer in the fields of Internal Medicine (Cardiovascular, Neurology, Oncology, etc.), Surgery (Traumatology, Orthopedics, Urology, etc.), Paraclinical (infection control, building a unit to receive and preserve blood and blood products, etc.) for Hospital 17. In addition, Hospital 175 is also a consulting unit on key issues, developing the Hospital in a specialized, in-depth, and synchronous direction, with coordination and mutual support between specialties to create sustainable development, with experiences in the process of construction and development over the past 10 years.

Military Hospital 175 aims to build a shortened field hospital with appropriate staff, equipment, medicine, training, combat readiness training, responding to emergency situations at the hospital as well as supporting military medical lines. In 2023, Military Hospital 175 will deploy training courses, practice first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation according to AHA standards (American Heart Association) and initial trauma emergency according to international standards, the contents will be announced to the hospitals at the level for participation. In addition, Military Hospital 175 closely coordinates with the Military Medical Department, Military Region 5 in implementing well the contents of referral, medical assessment, psychiatry and medical examination and treatment, health care for generals, especially retired comrades in the area.
