The 20-year-old female patient works in Malaysia. In order to improve her figure, the patient went to a cosmetic facility to have fillers injected into both breasts.
A few days after the procedure, the right breast began to swell, become hot, red, painful and secrete an unusual green fluid, so the patient went to People's Hospital 115 for examination.
Through ultrasound, the doctor discovered an abscess in the right breast area. If not operated on promptly, this condition can affect aesthetics, even cause widespread complications, threatening life.
The surgical team aspirated about 100ml of pus, cloudy, thin, mixed with viscous filler, with a foul odor. The doctor then made a wide incision, cleaned the abscess and drained it to control the infection.
After more than 10 days of antibiotic treatment, wound care and close monitoring, the patient recovered stably and was discharged from the hospital. The surgical breast area still ensured aesthetics, leaving no significant deformities.
On the same day, doctors from the Department of Orthopedic Trauma Surgery, People's Hospital 115 performed microsurgery to reattach the severed finger of Mr. D.HT (22 years old), who was cut by an industrial cutting machine while working.

Using microscopic surgery techniques, each tiny blood vessel, each nerve fiber, each tendon bundle was reconnected with absolute meticulousness. After 7 days, the fingertip was pink again, with no signs of necrosis.
