On the morning of November 6, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission held a conference to announce the decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee (SPC) on personnel work. Comrade Le Thi Thuy, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council attended the conference.
Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee: Dang Dinh Thoang, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; Le Hong Quan, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Le Thi Thanh Ha, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Dao Dinh Tung, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee Office; Thanh Liem District Party Committee Standing Committee; officials and experts of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department.
At the conference, comrade Dang Dinh Thoang, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, announced the Decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board to assign, transfer and appoint comrade Nguyen Minh Tien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Liem District to cease participating in the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee, Standing Board of the District Party Committee and cease holding the position of Secretary of the Thanh Liem District Party Committee to assume the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board.
Presenting the decision, congratulating flowers, and assigning tasks to comrade Nguyen Minh Tien, comrade Le Thi Thuy, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized: Comrade Nguyen Minh Tien is a well-trained cadre, with time working, training, and growing through leadership positions in many different agencies and units. Regardless of his position, he always upholds the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, and strives to excellently complete the assigned tasks. During his time as a member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, and Chairman of the Thanh Liem District People's Council, he and the Standing Committee, the District Party Committee, and the Thanh Liem District Party Committee have maintained the tradition of solidarity, leadership, direction, and effective organization of Party building work, building a clean and strong Thanh Liem district political system; effectively exploiting the potential and advantages for socio-economic development of the district, contributing significantly to the overall achievements of the Provincial Party Committee.
The Provincial Party Secretary suggested that: in his new position, Comrade Nguyen Minh Tien continue to promote his own strengths as well as the experiences accumulated from the grassroots; quickly approach the work; uphold the sense of responsibility, solidarity, unity, and work with the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee to lead and direct the implementation of the advisory function to the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee, and Standing Committee to comprehensively complete the tasks of mass mobilization work, including: Focusing on advising the Party Committee to lead, direct, thoroughly and effectively implement the Central's documents on mass mobilization work. Promoting mass mobilization work of state agencies and authorities at all levels, implementing well the democratic regulations at the grassroots level, creating consensus among the people. Advising the Party Committee to effectively lead and direct the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations. Grasping the situation of the people, the situation of beliefs and religions; timely advise and propose to the Party Committee and the government to resolve the legitimate and just aspirations of the people. At the same time, promote the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" associated with implementing patriotic campaigns and emulation movements, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.
The Provincial Party Secretary also requested the collective of cadres and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, care, support and cooperation so that Comrade Nguyen Minh Tien can successfully complete his tasks in his new position and responsibility; build a united and strong agency collective, and excellently complete assigned tasks.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Minh Tien expressed his deep gratitude for the recognition, trust, support and facilitation of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, the Thanh Liem District Party Committee, agencies, units and localities in the province. He determined that this was an honor and at the same time a great responsibility assigned to him, so he would continue to constantly study, practice ideology, ethics and expertise, and use all his intellectual capacity to build a united and strong Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, advise on the excellent completion of all tasks, contributing to the development of the province's mass mobilization and mass mobilization, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.
