(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of May 13, comrade Le Tien Chau, Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Phong city received comrade Ha Vi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Vietnam. Also attending were comrades: Hoang Minh Cuong, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee; Le Trung Kien, Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board and leaders of relevant departments, branches and units.

Secretary of the City Party Committee received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Vietnam.

At the reception, Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Tien Chau expressed his pleasure to welcome Ambassador Ha Vi and the Chinese delegation to visit and attend the important event of the city, which is the 70th Anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day (May 13, 1955 - May 13, 2025) and the Red Flamboyant Festival - Hai Phong in 2025. He affirmed that Hai Phong city always attaches importance to developing friendly relations and cooperation with Chinese localities, especially in the fields of economy , trade, investment, education, tourism and people-to-people exchange.
