Reporting to the heroic martyrs, the delegation of Tuyen Quang province respectfully bowed, lit incense sticks before the souls of the heroic martyrs, expressing gratitude and infinite gratitude for the noble sacrifices of the heroic martyrs who fell for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people. "Forever grateful to the heroes and martyrs", the delegates vowed to engrave in their minds the great contributions of them and many previous generations, continue to promote the tradition of patriotism and revolutionary spirit of their ancestors, determined to do their utmost to firmly protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity. Along with that, they must do a good job of repaying gratitude, remembering the source of water when drinking, taking care of families with preferential policies and families with meritorious services to the revolution, promoting patriotic movements, competing in good production and labor, contributing to building the country, Tuyen Quang province and Ha Giang province to become increasingly strong, rich and civilized.

The Martyrs Temple of the 468 Peak is located in Nam Ngặt village, Thanh Thủy commune (Vi Xuyen) - a sacred land at the northernmost point of the Fatherland. During the years of fighting to protect the northern border, thousands of soldiers were intelligent, brave, resilient, and determined to "not move an inch, not move a millimeter" to preserve each hill, each cliff, and peak. With a courageous spirit, they deeply engraved the oath "Live clinging to the rocks to fight the enemy, die and become immortal stones". More than 4,000 cadres and soldiers from many rural areas across the country have rested here, their bodies have merged with the motherland, so that the Fatherland will forever be peaceful and eternal.
