Attending the ceremony were comrades: Major General Mai Hoang, Member of the City Party Committee, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Police - chaired the ceremony; Colonel Tran Hong Minh, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Police and representatives of leaders of agencies, departments, unions, officers, soldiers and people in the city.
After 2 years of implementation and coordination between Ho Chi Minh City Police, City Youth Union, Nippon Paint Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City Advertising Association, the project has 19 "Beautiful Vietnam" murals completed, spreading aesthetic values and positive messages to the community.

The 19th project is located in the central area of District 1, on the wall in front of the Mobile Police Department, stretching along two major streets, Dinh Tien Hoang and Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, where the parade and march to celebrate the country's reunification day will take place. This is also the area that welcomes many domestic and international delegations.
The long painting has given a new look to the urban space with vivid images of scenic spots, historical relics and cultural identities of regions across the country.

The project not only contributes to beautifying the urban landscape but also demonstrates the determination of the political and social system of Ho Chi Minh City in transforming complex areas in terms of security and order, and building a movement of the entire people to protect national security.
