The report at the conference stated that over the past 10 years, the Party Committee of the Armored Corps and Party committees and organizations at all levels have led, directed, and organized the implementation of Directive 05 in conjunction with Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XI, XII, XIII), directives and regulations of the Central Committee, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense , achieving many important results, with many new, creative, practical, and effective ways of doing things, creating strong changes in the entire Party Committee of the Corps.

The implementation of Directive 05 in practice has been associated with the Emulation Movement for Victory, emulation movements, campaigns of all levels, sectors, and mass organizations. After 10 years of implementation, the entire Corps has thousands of units, party organizations, mass organizations, and individuals being commended at all levels.

Along with that, the agencies and units in the Corps have concretized the content of studying and following Uncle Ho into each task and responsibility of each individual, associated with implementing breakthroughs, focusing on organizing the implementation of political tasks; training, combat readiness; in which the training results and combat readiness of agencies and units have been increasingly improved, the rate of good and excellent students in the annual training subjects always reaches more than 80%, ensuring absolute safety; participating in competitions and sports events at the Corps and the entire army level is always in the group of high-achieving winners; participating in the International Military Games (Army Games) in the Russian Federation, winning a Silver medal in 2019, a Gold medal in Group 2 in 2020...

The annual review work is organized seriously, combined with commendation and reward for typical and advanced collectives and individuals, at the same time drawing experience and proposing appropriate solutions to improve the quality of implementation in the following period. The commendation and reward have contributed to strongly spreading the spirit of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style throughout the Corps.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Colonel Hoang Van Loi congratulated and commended the results achieved by the agencies and units over the past 10 years.

Regarding the future direction, the Political Commissar of the Armored Corps requested that Party committees at all levels must closely follow the directives, instructions, and plans of superiors, and the practical situation of their agencies and units, to develop annual implementation plans that are close to the unit's tasks; effectively promote the exemplary role of cadres and Party members.
