On May 7, Mr. Lam Hai Giang, Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee, conveyed the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on rectifying, preventing and repelling school violence, and strengthening moraleducation and lifestyle for students in the province.

According to the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province, recently, on the media and social networks, there have been a number of cases of students forming groups on social networks, attacking, causing conflicts, and inciting them to participate in violence, seriously affecting the educational environment and causing public outrage.
Notably, 3 incidents occurred in An Nhon town and Phu Cat district with 3 female students in grades 7 and 8 being assaulted. An Nhon town and Phu Cat district have reported on the incidents, but according to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, these reports only stop at the level of reporting the incidents, do not clearly analyze the causes and do not provide measures to rectify and strictly handle the individuals and students who violate the rules.
Hereby, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province directs the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Cat district and An Nhon town to be responsible for directing the units to specifically analyze the causes leading to the above situation. In addition to rectification, it is necessary to strictly discipline the relevant collectives and individuals; report to the Provincial People's Committee before May 15, 2025.
The provincial Department of Education and Training shall preside over and coordinate with localities to strengthen propaganda, dissemination, and education on ethics, lifestyle, and life skills for students; develop and promulgate codes of conduct in schools and strict disciplinary measures for violations...

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province assigned the provincial police to direct their subordinate units to investigate and strictly handle acts of school violence.
As reported by SGGP Newspaper, in just over 1 month (from March 23 to May 5, 2025), there were 4 cases of student violence in Binh Dinh province.
