The road connecting National Highway 19 with Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial Park, nearly 20 km long, with a total investment of 1,171 billion VND, started construction on the morning of September 8, helping to connect trade and attract investment.
Of the total investment, the central budget is 800 billion VND, the rest is local budget. The project is expected to be completed in two years.
The road is 12 m wide, with 4 lanes and a design speed of 60-80 km/h. The project starts at the intersection of National Highway 19 in Nhon Tan Commune, An Nhon Town, and ends at Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh's DS10 Road. The project passes through An Nhon Town, Tay Son District, and Van Canh District. There are 7 concrete bridges on the route with a total length of 410 m.

Located in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh (1,425 hectares, investment cost of more than 5,000 billion VND) is an integrated industrial and urban area established under an agreement between Binh Duong and Binh Dinh provinces.
The industrial park is a hub for trade, transit of goods and services and expansion of economic and social development relations with regions in and outside the country, especially the provinces of the South Central Coast, Central Highlands; the South and Central regions of Laos, Thailand...
Construction started in 2020, the industrial park will generate a huge amount of goods when it comes into operation. Therefore, investing in a road connecting National Highway 19 to the industrial park is essential to meet transportation capacity.
The investment in the road also connects Tay Son district, An Nhon town with Van Canh district, creating convenience for workers from the two localities to work in Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh industrial park.
