Binh Phuoc: Closing ceremony of the program "We practice being soldiers"

After 5 days of experience in the military environment, this afternoon, June 8, at the special national relic site of the Command of the Liberation Army of South Vietnam, Loc Ninh district, the Organizing Committee of the program "We practice being Dien Bien soldiers" course I, 2023 held the closing ceremony of the program with the affection of 126 participating children.

Before the farewell, the Dien Bien young soldiers together offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh, leaders of the Central Office of the South and the Command of the Region through the periods; received certificates; took souvenir photos with the program's Organizing Committee at the Temple and Memorial of the Special National Relic Site of the Command of the Liberation Army of South Vietnam; experienced marching in the Ta Thiet forest and participated in activities to test the soldiers' skills.

The experience of marching in the deep forest brought the "child" soldiers of Dien Bien many memorable memories and emotions.

At the closing ceremony, the Provincial Youth Activity Center awarded 9 certificates of merit to 9 young soldiers who completed the course excellently; presented gifts to the coordinators and 126 children participating in the program.

The program "We practice being Dien Bien soldiers" course I, 2023, taking place from June 4 to 8, 2023, is an educational and skills training program, organized periodically by the Provincial Youth Activity Center every June. This is a playground for both learning and playing, and a very useful training for children in the province every summer. The program "We practice being Dien Bien soldiers" course II will take place from June 14 to 18, 2023.
