After the float parade and art performances to celebrate the Buddha's birthday of the local Buddhist Sangha in the province. In a peaceful and solemn atmosphere, the ceremony was attended by the Supreme Patriarch's proclamation of the Buddha's birthday message for Buddhist calendar 2569 - Gregorian calendar 2025 and the Buddha's birthday speech by the Most Venerable President of the Executive Council of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha. Thereby, calling on each Buddhist to spread love to all living beings; arousing the spirit of goodness, solidarity and the will to study in each person.

Proclaiming the Buddha's Dharma Message at the Grand Ceremony

Binh Phuoc is a province with quite diverse religious activities with 8 main religions, of which Buddhism is the major religion with 205 operating establishments, 230 dignitaries, officials and more than 67 thousand followers. With the spirit of "Protecting the nation and pacifying the people", "Religion - Nation - Socialism", Buddhism in Binh Phuoc province always accompanies the Party, government and people; Buddhist activities in the province are organized solemnly, in accordance with the law, creating a connection between religion and life.

Venerable monks, nuns and Buddhist followers have actively participated in charity - social activities, social security, caring for the poor, protecting the environment, promoting Buddhist moral values in building cultural life. Typically, in 2024, the social charity activities of Buddhism in the whole province reached over 31.7 billion VND. In the first 4 months of 2025 alone, it reached over 17 billion VND. These are extremely meaningful numbers, demonstrating the spirit of compassion to relieve suffering and the noble heart of Buddhism in the province.

Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ton Ngoc Hanh spoke and presented flowers and gifts to congratulate the ceremony.

Speaking at the ceremony, Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ton Ngoc Hanh acknowledged and highly appreciated the accompanying role of Buddhism in the whole province in contributing to building the great national unity bloc, maintaining security and order and implementing social security work in the locality. At the same time, stating that 2025 is the year of "acceleration - breakthrough", the province also set a target for socio -economic development with a GRDP growth rate of 9 - 10%; completing the key infrastructure system of inter-regional traffic connections; developing digital infrastructure, applying science and technology, innovation and comprehensive digital transformation in all fields; improving the quality of human resources; improving the investment environment, comprehensively developing culture - society, national defense - security, etc.

To realize those important goals, Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ton Ngoc Hanh believes that the Venerables, monks and nuns, and Buddhist followers will continue to promote the tradition of "protecting the country and the people", "beautiful life, beautiful religion"; carry out socio-economic development tasks in the spirit of "Buddhism - Nation - Socialism" to contribute to building the province to develop rapidly, sustainably, with humanity and civilization.

The Organizing Committee also received flower baskets from authorities at all levels congratulating the 2025 Buddha's Birthday.

The organizing committee expressed gratitude and commendation to Buddhists and presented 3 charity houses to people in difficult circumstances in the province.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee also expressed gratitude and commended Buddhists and monks who made offerings to Buddha and presented 3 charity houses, each worth 80 million VND, to families in difficult circumstances in the province.
