Khanh Hoa Provincial Military Command held a meeting to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025), on the afternoon of June 16, the Party Committee and Military Command of Khanh Hoa province held a meeting with representatives of press agencies and reporters from central and local news agencies and newspapers. Mr. Pham Duy Loc - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; Mr. Doan Minh Long - Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Colonel Dinh Van Hung - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command sent his best wishes to the team of journalists; acknowledged and thanked the important contributions of the press agencies in the past time, always accompanying the provincial armed forces in the work of propagating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on national defense and security; promptly and vividly reflecting the training, combat readiness, mass mobilization, natural disaster prevention and control, search and rescue, etc. Thereby, contributing significantly to raising awareness and responsibility of cadres, soldiers and people about the task of protecting the Fatherland.

Colonel Dinh Van Hung hopes that in the coming time, news agencies and press will continue to accompany and closely coordinate with the Provincial Military Command and the provincial armed forces agencies and units in propaganda work. The immediate focus is on activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Provincial Armed Forces' Traditional Day (July 14, 1945 - July 14, 2025); the results of implementing political tasks, training, combat readiness, building discipline, and fighting against erroneous and hostile views, contributing to consolidating the people's hearts and minds, raising awareness and responsibility of the whole society for the task of building and defending the Fatherland in the new situation.

Representatives of news agencies and press discussed and proposed to the leaders of the Provincial Military Command a number of contents and solutions to improve the effectiveness of coordination in propaganda about the activities of the provincial military in the coming time.

On this occasion, the Provincial Military Command awarded certificates of merit to 12 journalists, reporters of press agencies and officers and soldiers of agencies and units of the provincial military with outstanding achievements in coordinating the implementation of propaganda work on local defense and military tasks of the provincial military.
