Over the years, the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense have always paid attention to and cared for people with meritorious services to the revolution, showing responsibility and deep gratitude for the sacrifices of heroic martyrs, wounded and sick soldiers. On this occasion, the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense visited and presented gifts to the Center for Care and Nurturing People with Meritorious Services and Policy Beneficiaries in Thanh Hoa province worth over 1 billion VND.
Speaking at the visit and gift-giving ceremony, on behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, Colonel Le Van Trung expressed his deep gratitude and best wishes to the wounded and sick soldiers who are being cared for, treated and nurtured at the center. The Political Commissar hopes that the wounded and sick soldiers will continue to uphold the tradition, maintain the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", live happily and healthily, and be a shining example for the younger generation to learn from and follow.

Also on this occasion, on behalf of the Military Region 4 Command, Colonel Le Van Trung visited, encouraged and presented gifts to Colonel Le Thanh Mai, former Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, a class A disabled veteran who participated in the resistance war against the US to save the country.
