Ministry of Industry and Trade launches Vietnam Energy Efficiency Community

(Chinhphu.vn) - The Vietnam Energy Efficiency Community is a specialized online platform designed to connect the community of individuals and organizations, share knowledge, experience and spread innovative technologies, solutions and models in the field of energy saving.

On the afternoon of November 18, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Ministry of Industry and Trade held the launching ceremony of the Vietnam Energy Efficiency Community.

The Vietnam Energy Efficiency Community is a specialized online platform designed to connect the community of individuals and organizations, share knowledge, experience and disseminate technologies, solutions and innovative models in the field of energy saving. This platform is built and operated within the framework of the National Program on Energy Saving and Efficiency for the period 2019 - 2030 (VNEEP3), chaired by the Department of Innovation, Green Transformation and Industrial Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade).

According to Mr. Dang Hai Dung, Deputy Director of the Department of Innovation, Green Transformation and Industrial Promotion, the Community is not only an online platform, but also an open knowledge space, a place to connect, share and cooperate between people who share the same aspiration for a greener, cleaner and more sustainable energy. Here, experts can exchange experiences, businesses can access technological solutions, and state management agencies have more information channels to listen to practices and respond to policies promptly.

The Vietnam Energy Efficiency Community Platform is built with many outstanding features to serve the needs of searching, learning and sharing information of individuals and organizations operating in the field of economical and efficient energy use. Specifically, the platform allows users to search for information about energy managers, energy auditors, service providers and energy consultants quickly and accurately.

In addition, the electronic lecture repository provides a system of technical documents, lectures, online video tutorials, supporting users to improve their professional capacity. The technology and energy saving solutions section regularly updates technical solutions, advanced technologies and effective application models in practice.

In addition, the Community is also a place to share information, typical stories and practical experiences from experts, contributing to spreading the spirit of using energy economically and efficiently throughout society.

The launching event of the Vietnam Energy Efficiency Community is part of a series of key activities of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2025, associated with the goal of promoting innovation, digital transformation and spreading awareness of energy saving throughout society.
