Pursuant to this Decision, the Ministry of Industry and Trade decided to revoke the Alcohol Distribution License No. 109/GP-BCT dated March 31, 2021 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to Caterway Trading and Service Company Limited.
Caterway Trading and Service Company Limited has its head office address: 150 Street No. 28, Ward 10, District 6, Ho Chi Minh City. Business registration number: 0316697429, first registered by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on January 28, 2021.
Reason for revocation: This company voluntarily returned the Alcohol Distribution License No. 109/GP-BCT dated March 31, 2021 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade due to ceasing alcohol business. Previously, Caterway Trading and Service Company Limited had issued Document No. 01/2025-CT dated March 3, 2025 regarding the return of the Alcohol Distribution License.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade notes that Caterway Trading and Service Company Limited is responsible for fully performing its obligations to the state and other organizations, businesses and individuals (if any) to terminate its alcohol distribution business activities in accordance with current laws.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Department of Domestic Market Management and Development, Caterway Trading and Service Company Limited, the Departments of Industry and Trade where Caterway Trading and Service Company Limited has a liquor business location and relevant agencies, organizations, enterprises and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
