Faced with the complicated developments of storm No. 13 (Kalmaegi), in order to ensure the safety of people's lives and property, Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard units have proactively deployed many response measures, ready to support people in affected areas.
At Hoa Hiep Nam Border Guard Station , officers and soldiers have fully prepared essential conditions such as: clean water, blankets, instant noodles, medicine and temporary living areas to welcome people to take shelter and avoid the storm .
By the afternoon of November 6, the unit had welcomed 5 households/8 people, mainly elderly people, women and children from vulnerable coastal areas to take shelter at the Border Guard Station and Control Station. The officers and soldiers enthusiastically guided and helped people settle down, ensured food and drink, and coordinated with local authorities to closely monitor the weather situation, ready to respond to any bad situations that may arise.


At the same time, Xuan Hoa Border Guard Station also arranged safe storm shelters, ensuring living conditions for 19 households/44 people in Hoa An village and 8 households/20 people in the Xuan Thinh Working Group.
With the spirit of "Serving the people", officers and soldiers of the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard are always a solid support for people during each stormy season, contributing to maintaining peace at the border and ensuring safety for the people.
