Military Region 5 forces mobilized at night, coordinating with local authorities to rescue people who were isolated and deeply flooded in Dak Lak and Gia Lai, bringing them to safety.

Meanwhile, in Tuy An Bac commune ( Dak Lak province), many roads and low-lying areas were flooded with high and fast-flowing floodwaters.
