On the morning of July 22, the Ministry of Education and Training announced the threshold to ensure input quality in the teacher training and health sectors.

The threshold to ensure input quality from high school graduation exam scores for admission to majors in the group of majors for university and college level teacher training in 2025 for candidates in region 3 has the minimum score (without coefficient) of all combinations of 3 exams/subjects, not counting bonus points, regardless of the exam results of candidates studying the 2006 and 2018 programs as follows:

The threshold to ensure the quality of input for majors in the group of majors training teachers at university level is 19 points; for the majors of Physical Education , Music Pedagogy and Art Pedagogy, it is 18 points for the combination of 3 cultural subjects, other combination of admission is implemented according to the current Admission Regulations.

The threshold to ensure the quality of admission to the College-level Preschool Education program is 16.5 points for the combination of 3 cultural subjects. Other combination of admission is implemented according to the provisions of the current Admission Regulations.

Universities, academies, colleges and junior colleges that offer training in teacher training majors organize admissions for candidates using high school graduation exam results according to the current regulations on university admissions; college admissions for preschool education majors and other relevant guidance documents.

The threshold to ensure input quality from high school graduation exam scores for admission to health majors with university-level practice certificates in 2025 for candidates in region 3 has the minimum score (without coefficient) of all combinations of 3 exams/subjects, not including bonus points, regardless of the exam results of candidates studying the 2006 and 2018 programs as follows:

Universities, academies, and colleges that train in health-related fields with university-level practice certificates organize admission exams for candidates using high school graduation exam results according to the current regulations on university and college admissions for Preschool Education and other relevant guidance documents.
