Handing over site clearance pile documents of the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong Railway Construction Investment Project

On November 13, the Railway Project Management Board (Ministry of Construction), the Department of Construction of Lao Cai province and the People's Committee of Lao Cai ward surveyed the site to start construction of Lao Cai station; handed over site clearance piles and pile documents of Component Project 1: Investing in infrastructure connecting stations on the route and station square under the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong Railway Construction Investment Project.

After surveying the site for the Lao Cai station construction and related works, the Railway Project Management Board and the TEDI - TRICC - Hung Phu Joint Venture handed over the site clearance pile design documents and the project component 1 pile design documents to the receiving unit, which is the representative of the Lao Cai Provincial Department of Construction, Lao Cai Ward People's Committee, Lao Cai - Coc San Area Construction Investment Project Management Board, and Lao Cai Provincial Economic Zone Management Board.

Hand over site clearance deposit documents.

The handover contents include: design documents for placing piles to clear the road connecting to Lao Cai station and station square under Component Project 1 (approved documents, drawings (hard files), soft files); clearance markers are concrete piles placed in the field to determine the area boundary for the recipient to carry out the clearance work; 21 clearance piles according to the design.

After receiving the site clearance piles, the Department of Construction, Lao Cai Ward People's Committee, and related units will organize inspection and review of the handed-over data, deploy site clearance work, and be responsible for managing and protecting the site clearance piles and the site for site clearance work until the site clearance work is completed; hand over the clean site to the Railway Project Management Board and construction units according to current regulations.

Activities to implement Resolution No. 187/2025/QH15 dated February 19, 2025 of the National Assembly on investment policy for the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong Railway Construction Investment Project; Decision No. 673/QD-BQLDADS dated October 28, 2025 of the Railway Project Management Board on approving the design documents for road clearance stakes connecting to the stations and station squares of the stations: Lao Cai, Phu Tho, Bac Hong, Luong Tai, Hai Duong Nam, under Component Project 1.
