To commemorate the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025), on the morning of November 15, Central Party Committee Secretary and Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung attended the National Unity Day celebration in Da Le residential area, Vy Da ward, Hue city.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Le Hoai Trung shared the difficulties faced by the people of Hue in general and the residents of the neighborhood in particular during the historic floods in late October and early November; he also highly appreciated the proactive spirit of the local government and the people in responding to and overcoming the consequences, contributing to minimizing damage.

Reviewing the results of the streamlining of the administrative apparatus in 2025, Mr. Le Hoai Trung emphasized that the role of the Fatherland Front and the Front's working committees in residential areas is becoming even more important in the current context, serving as a bridge between the people and the government, a place to listen to and reflect the thoughts and aspirations of the people, to care for their lives, and to promote their right to self-governance. This event has profound significance in honoring the tradition of solidarity and brotherhood; it is an opportunity for leaders at all levels to be closer to the people, listen to their opinions, share and encourage them to work together to build an increasingly prosperous, civilized, and happy community.

The Party Central Committee Secretary and Minister of Foreign Affairs requested that local authorities promote the pioneering and exemplary role of officials and Party members at the grassroots level; strengthen mass mobilization work, listen to the opinions of the people, and promptly resolve legitimate requests from the people.

Organizations, associations, and the Fatherland Front at all levels are contributing to achieving the important goals of the city's Party Committee; promoting the "Green Sunday" movement, the "Bright, Green, Clean, and Beautiful Residential Area" movement, and encouraging young people and students to participate in "Digital Literacy for the People" to accelerate digital transformation at the grassroots level.

The Dạ Lê residential area has 596 households, primarily relying on agricultural production combined with livestock farming and other occupations such as construction, flower and ornamental plant cultivation, and trading services. The people's living standards are steadily improving, and security and order in the area are consistently maintained, with no major crimes occurring.

In 2025, the people united to participate in economic development, actively helping each other to reduce poverty sustainably, improve living standards, and encourage legitimate wealth creation. The percentage of poor and near-poor households decreased to 2.1%. The residential area achieved the title of "Culturally Advanced Residential Area," with 96.4% of households achieving the title of "Culturally Advanced Family."

On this occasion, on behalf of the delegation, Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung presented 30 gifts to disadvantaged households, contributing to encouraging residents to continue building a more spacious, clean, and beautiful residential area. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City also presented 20 gifts to residents in the Da Le residential group.
