Ministry of Health requests inspection of DJ Ngan 98's weight loss product

The Food Safety Department (Ministry of Health) requested to urgently inspect, verify the production activities and take samples for testing of a number of weight loss products advertised by DJ Ngan 98.

The Department of Food Safety ( Ministry of Health ) has just sent an official dispatch to the Department of Food Safety of Ho Chi Minh City and the Department of Food Safety and Hygiene of Hanoi, requesting to urgently inspect, verify the production activities and take samples for testing of a number of weight loss products advertised by DJ Ngan 98 (Vo Thi Ngoc Ngan) that are causing a stir in public opinion, including the product X1000, weight loss pills X3 (Super Detox X3) and X7 Plus.

However, only X7 Plus received the product declaration at the department and did not issue any advertising content confirmation for the above products.

Through online review, the department discovered that some websites are still selling this product and advertising it in violation of regulations. Currently, the Food Safety Department has collected sufficient evidence related to this violation.

In recent days, the two names DJ Ngan 98 and Ngan Collagen have become hot topics on social networks because their advertisements do not have a product announcement license or valid advertising content.
