On August 6, 2025, Lam Dinh Khoi - a student of class 12A1, Ba Hon Secondary and High School, school year 2024 - 2025, was admitted to the Party. This is one of the two outstanding students of the school admitted to the Party in 2025. Since grade 10, Khoi has stood out from his peers with impressive academic and training results. Not only is he an excellent student, he is also an excellent member of the Youth Union, actively participating in movements and activities at school and in the locality.

Khoi still remembers the feeling of excitement, excitement, indescribable emotion mixed with pride when he first stood in front of the Party flag, the national flag, and Uncle Ho's photo to read the oath on the day of admission to the Party. "Thanks to the care of my teachers, I have become more and more mature, think more maturely, and live with goals and ideals. This is a solid foundation for me to confidently enter the new environment at university," Khoi shared.

According to Mr. Huynh Thanh Hoang - Vice Principal of Ba Hon Secondary and High School: “From 2018 to now, the school's Party Committee has organized the admission of 12 students to the Party. They are excellent members of the Youth Union, have good moral qualities, good academic results, and demonstrate excellence in all activities at school. Many students after graduating from school continue to assert themselves, promote their abilities and strengths, become exemplary Party members, and excellent students".

Secretary of the Party Committee, Principal of Chau Thi Anh Pha Secondary and High School said: “To effectively carry out the work of creating sources for developing Party members among teachers and students, the Party Committee Standing Committee and the School Board of Directors pay attention to and create all favorable conditions for students to develop the Party. The Party Committee directs the Youth Union to coordinate with homeroom teachers of grade 10 to discover and nurture students with good academic performance and actively participate in movements. The Party Committee Standing Committee considers and selects the best “seeds”, assigns Party members as homeroom teachers and subject teachers to guide their development”.

In recent times, the school has also organized many cultural, artistic, physical education, sports, creative experiential activities, established a talent club, organized charity and social activities for students to participate in. The model of "Tell stories about Uncle Ho in a dramatic form" contributes to educating students on ideals, ethics, and lifestyles; at the same time, increasing the rate of party member development in the school. Periodically, in the first and third weeks of the month, the school organizes a contest to tell stories about Uncle Ho in a dramatic form. According to Mr. Huynh Thanh Hoang, from studying and following Uncle Ho, students have had positive changes in their awareness and actions, demonstrated through being more obedient, strictly following the rules, striving in studying and training themselves.

Ms. Chau Thi Anh Pha said that the Standing Committee of the School Party Committee included the target of developing student party members in the resolution for the 2025-2030 term, developing 2 or more student party members each year. To carry out this task well, the Party Committee and the Board of Directors have strengthened political and ideological education, creating a source for Party development from the beginning of the school; building a model of dynamic, ethical, and responsible students, fostering revolutionary ideals, and creating motivation for excellent students to strive to become party members.
