The movie Moana 2 (Vietnamese title: Moana's Journey 2) was originally scheduled to premiere in Vietnam on November 29. However, up to now, the film has no screenings on online ticketing platforms.
Talk to PV , publisher representative confirmed the information Moana 2 has been postponed indefinitely in Vietnam, due to the lack of a film approval schedule. “The film’s release date and related information will be updated after we receive an official announcement from the Cinema Department,” the distributor said.
Moana 2 is the sequel to the blockbuster Moana, caused a global fever when it was released in 2016. It is a key project of Disney at the end of 2024 . Moana 2 is expected to "sweep" theaters worldwide.
The film follows the “sea princess” Moana on a new adventure. Moana 2 has an estimated budget of up to $150 million . The project is directed by three completely new directors including Jason Hand, Dana Ledoux Miller and David Derrick Jr. In addition, the star duo Auli'i Cravalho and Dwayne Johnson will both return to voice Moana and Maui.
