On the evening of October 25, the Quang Ninh Investment and Startup Club held a handover ceremony for the Executive Committee of the 4th term, 2025-2028.

Accordingly, the Executive Board of the Provincial Investment and Startup Club, term IV, 2025-2028, has 50 members who are business owners. Among them, Mr. Pham Thanh Chien, Director of Ha Long Pacific Joint Stock Company, was trusted and selected as Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial Investment and Startup Club.

In the coming time, the Quang Ninh Investment and Startup Club will focus on connecting - cooperating - investing; developing entrepreneurial people with a culture of gratitude - responsibility - service - creativity - advancement; accompanying the province and business associations in implementing the digital transformation program, developing the knowledge economy , supporting young people to establish themselves and start a business.
