It is known that Ta Hua started building the new rural area with a low starting point, poor infrastructure, and many difficulties in people's lives. However, thanks to the efforts to implement the new rural area building program, with the motto "The State and the people work together", the appearance of the commune has changed significantly. Schools, medical stations, and village cultural houses have been built spaciously. Rural traffic has been invested in upgrading, 100% of the main inter-village roads are concreted; the road to the production area has been hardened, creating convenience for people's travel and production.

The road to the production area of ​​Khi village used to be very difficult and bumpy to travel, but with the attention of the State and the consensus of the people, the internal road has been paved with wide concrete, creating favorable conditions for more than 10 hectares of rice and crops of the village to develop. Mr. Lo Van Thai (Khi village) shared: "At the end of 2023, the state invested in the internal road, so the transportation of agricultural products of the villagers in the village is easier than before. This not only helps save costs but also increases the price of agricultural products. Thanks to the new rural construction program, the lives of the people have also been improved".

Implementing the new rural construction program, many intra-field roads of Ta Hua commune have been paved with flat, solid concrete.

Identifying income as an important criterion in building new rural areas, the Party Committee and the government of Ta Hua commune encourage and mobilize people to focus on developing agriculture in the direction of commodities, with key crops such as rice, corn, tea and fruit trees. At the same time, take advantage of the state's support policies to develop production, contributing to poverty reduction and increasing people's income. Up to now, the whole commune has 368.44 hectares of tea trees, 232.95 hectares of cinnamon trees; the total area of ​​grain crops in the commune is 209 hectares; fruit trees 54.75 hectares; 8 hectares of vegetables and 31.7 hectares of short-term industrial crops (cassava, soybeans, peanuts, etc.).

In particular, the commune is proud of its Tan Pom sticky rice product, which has achieved a 3-star OCOP certificate at the provincial level, not only providing a stable source of income for the people but also affirming the position of local products in the market. In addition, the commune encourages people to promote the development of trade and services such as: trading, construction... and restore traditional occupations such as: brocade weaving, knitting. From there, the average income per capita of the commune will increase to 46.31 million VND/year. The multidimensional poverty rate in 2024 will decrease to 12.69%.

Tea is gradually becoming a key crop, contributing to improving the lives of people in Ta Hua commune.

Ms. Lo Thi Quyn - Chairman of Ta Hua Commune People's Committee said: In addition to focusing on increasing income, the commune actively mobilizes people to promote internal resources to implement the new rural criteria. In particular, promoting the role and responsibility of the heads of local Party committees and authorities and the pioneering and exemplary nature of cadres and party members in building new rural areas. Therefore, consensus has been created among the people. From 2022 to present, Ta Hua commune has mobilized people to contribute 85,982m2 of land, nearly 600 million VND to open rural roads, intra-field roads and other public works. At the same time, 100% of temporary and dilapidated houses launched by the Government have been eliminated. Along with that, effectively implementing the construction of hygienic toilets and bathrooms in 8/8 villages. Up to now, the commune has completed 19/19 new rural criteria and is completing the dossier to submit to competent authorities for recognition of meeting the standards.

Economic development creates conditions to improve the material and spiritual life of the people. Cultural institutions are invested in and built; the preservation of ethnic cultural identities is focused on; every year the commune organizes many traditional cultural and artistic activities, contributing to improving the spiritual life of the people. Environmental protection, waste collection, and building a green - clean - beautiful landscape are effectively implemented.

The fact that Ta Hua commune has completed 19/19 new rural criteria is a testament to the spirit of solidarity and the continuous efforts of the entire political system and people in the area. This is not only an important milestone in the development process but also a driving force for the commune to continue to go far on the path of building a rich and civilized homeland.
