Vietlott found 2 winning lottery tickets worth over 78 billion VND

According to information from Vietnam Computerized Lottery Company (Vietlott), in the 1,351st drawing of Mega 6/45 product taking place tonight, May 9, Vietlott's drawing council found 2 lottery tickets that won the Jackpot prize with a total value of 78,231,289,000 VND (over 78 billion VND).

Thus, the value of each lottery ticket winning the Jackpot today is 39,115,644,500 VND (more than 39 billion VND).

The winning ticket for the Jackpot prize in the 1,351st drawing of the Mega 6/45 product tonight contains the lucky numbers: 01- 07 - 09 - 34 - 40 - 42.

Lucky customers who win the jackpot will have to pay 10% personal income tax, according to regulations of the Ministry of Finance.

Thus, the two customers who won the Jackpot prize will have to pay more than 3.9 billion VND in personal income tax to the local budget that issued the winning Mega 6/45 lottery ticket. After fulfilling their tax obligations, the Jackpot winner will receive a net amount of more than 35 billion VND.

Also in the 1,351st drawing of the Mega 6/45 product, in addition to the Jackpot prize worth more than 78 billion VND mentioned above, Vieltott's drawing council also found 34 first prizes with each prize worth 10 million VND, 1,596 second prizes with each prize worth 300,000 VND and 30,410 third prizes with each prize worth 30,000 VND.

The winner has 60 days from the date of announcement to claim the prize. After this period, the prize will be forfeited and added to Vietlott's other income category.
