Hai Duong assigned to implement Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway project

The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has assigned specific tasks to each unit to implement the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong Railway Construction Investment Project.

The Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway construction investment project will pass through part of Hoang Kim village, Yet Kieu commune (Gia Loc).

Accordingly, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board presides over and coordinates with relevant departments, branches, localities, agencies and units to invest in the construction of resettlement projects, to be completed before November 30. The Department of Construction coordinates the planning of resettlement areas with synchronous technical and social infrastructure, ensuring a better life for resettled people.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment directs and coordinates with relevant units to measure, extract, and complete land recovery records before May 30. After the project places and hands over site markers, the land recovery records will be standardized and completed, serving as the basis for implementing land recovery notices, inventory, and compensation plans.
