In 2023, Dai Hoa Loc Cooperative was established and put into operation under the 2012 Law on Cooperatives with 100 members who are farmers engaged in agricultural production in the fields of livestock, aquaculture, trade, services... with a total charter capital contributed by members of more than 500 million VND. The Cooperative has been operating effectively and is assessed to be highly effective...

According to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dai Hoa Loc Cooperative, Ho Thi Thuy, in the past, the production situation of local people in general and the consumption of agricultural and aquatic products of cooperative members faced many difficulties from input and output factors such as consumption market issues, consumption connection on social networking platforms, application of digital technology and application of science and technology in production; regarding the issue of price information, connecting members in the cooperative and outsiders in consumption faced many obstacles.

From that situation, the initiative group of members of the cooperative together with local officials sat down to think, discuss, and propose a positive direction, opening up many opportunities for the development and stability of the cooperative. Through propaganda, mobilization, explanation of the meaning, goals, production plans, and connecting the consumption market of agricultural and aquatic products between the cooperative and the people, it received high consensus. The initiative group decided to develop a production plan, focusing on the strengths of sea crabs and mullet to form a chain of links to create added value, build brands and move towards building local strengths - OCOP...

After more than 1 year of demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and high determination of the members of the Cooperative, the unit's two products of crab and mullet were evaluated as meeting 3-star standards according to the set of criteria for evaluating and classifying products of the "One Commune One Product" Program - OCOP in 2025...

Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Dai Hoa Loc Cooperative Ho Thi Thuy added that with sea crab products, the Cooperative focuses on quality standards and designs - crabs are almost “wireless”, with an organic production process, VietGAP standards... This product of the Cooperative contributes greatly and moves towards building the brand of "Binh Dai Sea Crab" products in general...
