From 0:00 on July 31 to 17:00 on August 1: Candidates in localities paying online include: Hanoi, Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Tuyen Quang, Lao Cai, Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Son La, Yen Bai .
From 0:00 on August 1 to 17:00 on August 2 will be for candidates in the following provinces: Hoa Binh, Thai Nguyen, Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Bac Giang , Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Hai Phong City.
From 0:00 on August 2 to 17:00 on August 3: Candidates in the following provinces make online payments: Hung Yen, Thai Binh, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An.
From 0:00 on August 3 to 17:00 on August 4: for candidates in Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang City, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Kon Tum.
From 0:00 on August 4 to 17:00 on August 5: Candidates in the following provinces and cities can make online payments: Ho Chi Minh City, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Lam Dong, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh.
From 0:00 on August 5 to 17:00 on August 6: Candidates in the following provinces make online payments: Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Long An, Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Tra Vinh, Vinh Long, Dong Thap, An Giang, Kien Giang, Can Tho City, Hau Giang, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu, Ca Mau.
In addition to the payment time divided by regions, the Ministry of Education and Training has also coordinated with the Government Office to prepare the infrastructure for connecting and paying online registration fees through the National Public Service Portal with 17 main online payment channels nationwide.
The Ministry of Education and Training also said that the online payment process depends on connecting many different systems, so candidates may encounter system congestion. In that case, candidates should not try to access again immediately, wait about 30 minutes and then do it again.
