In the 2025-2026 school year, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering plans to apply tuition fees from 18.5 to 150 million VND/school year. Specifically, for standard programs (Engineer, Architect, Bachelor), the tuition fee is the lowest at 18.5 million VND/school year. For high-quality, international training programs, tuition fees range from 37 to 150 million VND/school year.
This year, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering uses 5 methods for admission including: Considering the 2025 high school graduation exam scores, considering high school transcripts, considering scores of competency and thinking assessment exams, considering international certificates (SAT, ACT), and direct admission.

This year, Ton Duc Thang University applies standard program tuition fees from 29.77 - 66.79 million VND/academic year (an increase of 2.71 - 6.07 million VND compared to last year). In particular, the majors: Construction Engineering, Traffic Construction Engineering, Construction Management, have tuition fees of 34.85 million VND/academic year (an increase of 3.17 million VND compared to last year).
With the advanced program, the school applies tuition fees from 54 - 64 million VND/school year.
For the English training program, the tuition fee is from 79 - 84 million VND/school year (an increase of about 6 million VND compared to last year, depending on the major). In particular, the Construction Engineering major has an average tuition fee of 81 - 83 million VND/school year (remaining the same as last year).
The international training joint program applies the highest tuition fee from 75 - 83 million VND/school year (remains the same as last year).
According to the admission information of the University of Transport , the tuition fee the school applies to standard programs: majors in group III (Business Administration, Accounting, Finance - Banking) is 398,060 VND/1 credit.
Majors in block V (Logictics and Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Architecture, Control and Automation Engineering, Construction Engineering, Transport Construction Engineering,...) are 466,438 VND/1 credit.
Majors in Group VII (Transportation Exploitation, Tourism Service Management) are 425,524 VND/1 credit. Advanced, high-quality programs: Majors in Group III are 694,935 VND/1 credit, majors in Group V are 766,810 VND/1 credit.
The roadmap for tuition fee increase is implemented according to the Government 's Decree. Each subsequent year, tuition fees are expected to increase by about 10%. For some training programs that have met quality accreditation standards, the expected tuition fee increase compared to standard training programs, the increase will not exceed 20%.
Currently, the University of Science (Hue University) has not announced the tuition fee for the 2025-2026 school year. However, in the previous school year, the tuition fee for students ranged from 15 to 16.4 million VND/school year. For the IV major (Architecture and Construction), the highest fee was 16.4 million VND/year.
In the 2024-2025 school year, Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture will apply tuition fees from 385,000 - 465,000 VND/credit. Of which, the Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, and Urban Planning majors will apply tuition fees of 465,000 VND/credit. The high-quality Construction Engineering program will apply tuition fees of 1.44 million VND/credit.
This year’s high school graduation exam will take place on June 26-27. Candidates will take four subjects instead of six as before. The two compulsory subjects are Math and Literature; the two optional subjects are Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Geography, History, Economic and Legal Education, Information Technology, Technology and Foreign Languages (English, German, Russian, Japanese, French, Chinese, Korean).
Regarding the formula for calculating graduation scores, exam scores account for 50%; the rest is the grade 10, 11 and 12 transcript scores (50%) and priority points if any. Compared to before, the transcript scores increased by 20%. The high school graduation exam results were announced on July 16, 1 day earlier than last year.
