- 150g radish
- 50ml cooking wine
Sauce seasoning:
300ml meat broth; 100ml soy sauce; 2 tablespoons brown sugar; 4 tablespoons cooking wine; 1 tablespoon minced garlic.

2. How to make beef stew with quail eggs

Soak the beef in water with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar for about 20 minutes to remove impurities.
