The auction of 27 plots of land in three wards of Phu Luong, Yen Nghia, Duong Noi (Ha Dong district) took place on October 19 and ended after 14 hours on the "auction floor" with a total of about 200 bidders. Of which, the winning plot had the highest price of 262 million VND/m2, 8.2 times higher than the starting price in Dong Danh - Dong Coc area (Phu Luong ward). The remaining plots had winning prices ranging from 146 million VND to 183 million VND/m2.

Accordingly, the land lot in Dong Danh - Dong Coc area (Phu Luong ward) won the highest auction price of 262 million VND with code 1A-03, with an area of 57.5 square meters, with a total amount after the auction of 15 billion VND, nearly 8.2 times higher than the starting price.
