(CLO) To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day, Can Tho City will set off high-altitude fireworks on April 28 at Song Hau Park, Ninh Kieu District.
According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Can Tho city, according to the plan to organize activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), the city plans to set off fireworks to celebrate.

High-altitude fireworks display time is from 9:15 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on April 28, at Song Hau Park, Cai Khe Ward, Ninh Kieu District.
Previously, the Can Tho City Military Command sent a dispatch to the Standing Committee of the City People's Committee regarding the planned organization of high-altitude fireworks displays on the occasion of April 30.
High-altitude fireworks display duration is 15 minutes with 1,000 fireworks. Fireworks display funding uses the city's socialized funding source.
In addition to fireworks, Can Tho city also organizes activities to visit the city's martyrs' cemetery, visit Uncle Ho's statue, organize meetings, parades, and comprehensive art programs... on the occasion of April 30.
