Warning of subsidence on Dan Phuong - Tan Thanh traffic road in Tan Ha commune, Lam Ha

Tan Ha Lam Ha commune's functional forces are on duty at the scene, ensuring safety for people and vehicles passing by.

Accordingly, cracks appeared on the road surface. The subsidence across the road was about 1.5m deep and 130m long. The subsidence occurred on a steep, winding road.

Through assessment, the above subsidence location is at risk of expanding further, posing danger to people and vehicles traveling through the area.

In addition, at Km7+742m on the road surface, there are also signs of cracks about 40m long extending along the road surface (this area belongs to the negative slope of the road, the slope height is about 12m).

The section from Km8+33.6m to Km8+83.6m, about 50m long, has had its rock cages pushed out onto the road surface, damaging the drainage system and causing traffic safety and affecting the quality of the project. The Department of Construction, Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Lam Ha Area Investment and Construction Project Management Board have inspected it.

The People's Committee of Tan Ha Lam Ha commune has issued a notice to temporarily stop all vehicles from passing through the collapsed road section from 20:00, November 18, 2025 until further notice.

After discovering the road subsidence, the Commune People's Committee sent forces to inspect and coordinate with the Lam Ha Area Construction Investment Project Management Board (the investor implementing the Dan Phuong - Tan Thanh inter-commune road project) to assess the subsidence, stretch ropes and place warning signs in the subsidence area.

At the same time, issue a notice to people and vehicles to temporarily not travel through the collapsed road section and assign forces to be on duty in the area to warn and direct traffic. Thereby helping people and vehicles move smoothly and safely.

To ensure absolute safety for people and create conditions for departments, branches and sectors to have solutions to overcome and repair in the coming time, the People's Committee of Tan Ha Lam Ha commune has issued a notice to temporarily stop all types of vehicles from circulating through the collapsed road section from 20:00, November 18, 2025 until further notice.
