Mr. Zoram Buon, Chairman of Hung Son Commune People's Committee, said that the local government coordinated with border guards, police, and militia to relocate 28 households/104 people of Glao village to the village communal house; 98 households/359 people of Ating village to Arooi village; 51 households/214 people of Dading village to Gary Primary School and the headquarters of Gary Commune People's Committee (old).
At the same time, urgently evacuate 2 households/5 Achoong people out of the landslide area that directly threatens people's homes and lives.

Up to now, the People's Committee of Hung Son commune has evacuated a total of 350 households/1,347 people to respond to landslides. The locality continues to survey unsafe residential areas at risk of landslides due to prolonged heavy rains to proactively evacuate people.

In addition, Ch'nóc village, which borders Laos, has 121 households/519 people and is completely isolated. In this area, old landslides are still not cleared, while heavy rain continues to cause many new cracks and landslides to appear, causing rocks and soil to flow down, seriously cutting off the road to the village.

Currently, the commune's functional forces are coordinating with the people to transport necessities, food and drinking water inside, promptly supporting people to stabilize their lives while waiting for the road to be repaired and reopened.
