Construction of Tien Lang Airport Industrial Park (Area B) started on December 19

On the afternoon of November 17, comrade Le Trung Kien, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, inspected the field and held a meeting to review the progress of site clearance and construction investment at the Infrastructure Construction and Business Investment Projects: Tien Lang Airport Industrial Park (Area B) in Chan Hung Commune; Tran Duong - Hoa Binh Industrial Park (Area A) in Nguyen Binh Khiem Commune; Tien Thanh Industrial Park in Tien Lang and Tan Minh Communes. Accompanying were representatives of leaders of relevant departments, branches and units.

After inspecting the field and listening to relevant units report on the progress of the projects, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Kien emphasized that these are three projects of important significance in promoting the socio -economic development of the locality and the city.

He requested that localities with projects in the coming time need to actively coordinate with relevant departments, branches and units to speed up the progress of site clearance and project implementation to ensure progress and plans. In particular, it is necessary to issue a separate resolution on the task of site clearance for industrial parks in the area to be determined to implement. Strengthen propaganda and mobilization for site clearance with many flexible and effective solutions; increase accurate information on the new land price list to avoid people's waiting mentality...

Regarding the Investment Project on construction and business of infrastructure of Tien Lang Airport Industrial Park (Area B), the Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested the investor to carry out the necessary procedures to start construction on December 19, 2025. The People's Committee of Chan Hung Commune will hand over 50 hectares of cleared land before December 30, 2025; submit a plan to build a resettlement area next week to serve as a basis for site clearance.

For Tran Duong - Hoa Binh Industrial Park (Area A) in Nguyen Binh Khiem Commune, the Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested the locality to urgently approve land prices in November, hand over land before January 30, 2026, and strive to start construction in the early Spring of Binh Ngo 2026.

The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee also requested the investor of the Tien Thanh Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction and Business Investment Project to urgently implement the project, ensuring progress according to the approved plan.

He assigned the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board to urge and closely monitor the progress of project implementation.

The Tien Lang Airport Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Construction Project (Area B) has a scale of 186.49 hectares, invested by CEO Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company, with a total capital of more than VND 2,795 billion in Chan Hung commune. The project has not yet carried out site clearance because the people have not agreed, and there is no resettlement plan to serve the site clearance of the project.

The Tran Duong - Hoa Binh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Construction Project (Area A) has a scale of 207.95 hectares, with a total capital of more than 3,259 billion VND, invested by Titan Hai Phong Joint Stock Company. The project has not yet completed the site clearance work because it is waiting for approval of specific land prices and related procedures. Currently, the investor is completing the steps to prepare for appraisal and approval of the feasibility study report; preparing fire prevention and fighting records; preparing, appraising and approving the environmental impact assessment report.

The Tien Thanh Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction and Business Investment Project has an area of 410.46 hectares, with a total investment of more than VND 4,597 billion, located in Tien Lang and Tan Minh communes. The project has cleared 119.56/410.46 hectares and handed over the entire area to the investor. Currently, the investor has leveled about 2.5 hectares and deployed temporary work to serve the construction of technical infrastructure works. Localities are still actively carrying out site clearance work according to plan.
