The 16th City People's Council has just issued Resolution No. 26/2025/NQ-HDND on regulations on support levels for overcoming animal epidemics in the city.
Accordingly, the support applies to individuals, families, farm owners, cooperatives, cooperative unions, small and medium enterprises (not part of the armed forces) in the city that have livestock farming, aquaculture, production, and breeding of aquatic species, and people participating in overcoming animal diseases according to regulations in Clause 2, Article 3 of Decree No. 116/2025/ND-CP.
For production establishments, small and medium enterprises with livestock, aquaculture, production and breeding of aquatic species, the support level is specifically regulated for each species. Specifically: Buffalo, cow, horse, goat is 50 thousand VND/kg live weight; pig 40 thousand VND/kg live weight; goose, chicken, duck 35 thousand VND/kg live weight; seafood raised in cages 10 thousand VND/kg...
For those participating in animal disease control, the support level for those who do not receive salaries from the state budget, during the time they are mobilized to participate in animal disease prevention and control, is 400,000 VND/person/working day, 500,000 VND/person/day for holidays and Tet.
For those receiving salaries from the state budget, during the assigned time, mobilized to participate in animal disease prevention and control, they will be supported with 150,000 VND/person/working day and 300,000 VND/person/day for holidays and Tet.
Funding is provided from the state budget and other legal financial sources as prescribed to support the response to animal epidemics.
