The South Central Mobile Police Regiment deploys to help people in Khanh Hoa province overcome floods.

On the afternoon of November 17th, officers and soldiers of the South Central Police Regiment (Regiment 23) deployed to assist the people of Tay Nha Trang ward, Khanh Hoa province, in responding to heavy rain and flooding.

In response to prolonged heavy rains causing localized flooding in many residential areas across Khanh Hoa province, on November 17th, Regiment 23 deployed 50 officers and soldiers to coordinate with local forces to relocate and evacuate households in dangerous areas to safe locations; assist in transporting essential belongings, and help people reinforce their homes to minimize damage as the flood situation continues to worsen.

Despite the bad weather and the approaching darkness, the police officers still made every effort, demonstrating a sense of responsibility and dedication to serving the people.

Colonel Nguyen Hai Anh, the Regiment Commander, personally inspected and encouraged the task forces, urging them to concentrate maximum manpower and resources; to uphold a proactive spirit and be ready to mobilize to critical points.

The leaders and people of Tay Nha Trang ward acknowledge and highly appreciate the timely and enthusiastic support of the officers and soldiers of E23 during a time when the locality faced many difficulties in flood prevention and control.
