After winning the gold medal, silver medal and bronze medal in the U.14 men's rapid chess category at the World Youth and Children's Chess Championship, young Vietnamese players continued to compete in the blitz chess category with the 11-game Swiss system (2-day competition).

At the end of the first day of blitz chess competition, Vietnamese chess has the potential to compete for gold medals in the age groups of U.10 men, U.10 women, U.14 men, and U.14 women. After 11 rounds of intellectual competition, the Vietnamese youth chess team won 2 gold medals in the U.10 women (Tran Hoang Bao An, Can Tho) and U.14 men (Dau Khuong Duy, Hanoi ).
In the U.10 women's team, Tran Hoang Bao An had a strong acceleration with 4 consecutive wins, thereby achieving 9.5 points, winning the gold medal thanks to a 0.5 point gap over the two Indian opponents Divi Bijesh and Kiyanna Parihaar. Meanwhile, in the U.14 men's team, Dau Khuong Duy achieved impressive form when he was undefeated in all 11 games (7 wins, 4 draws), achieving 9 points and winning the championship, 0.5 points more than his second-place teammate Duong Vu Anh.

In the U.10 men's match, Nguyen Xuan Phuong and Hoang Tan Vinh played uncompromisingly in the deciding game. In the end, Tan Vinh won and took second place with 8.5 points, while Xuan Phuong missed the chance to win the championship with 8 points and was relegated to third place, while Anetov Amirzhan won the gold medal with the same 8.5 points as Tan Vinh but with a better secondary index.
In the U.14 women's event, Tong Thai Hoang An played explosively with 3 consecutive wins, achieving 8.5 points but finished second, 0.5 points behind champion Aydogan Arya (Türkiye).
Thus, the Vietnamese youth chess team ended the World Youth and Children's Chess Championship with 3 gold medals won by Nguyen Nam Kiet (U.14 men's rapid chess), Dau Khuong Duy (U.14 men's blitz chess), and Tran Hoang Bao An (U.10 women's blitz chess).
