
At the meetings, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation informed voters about the expected program of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly. Accordingly, the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly will be held in 2 phases (phase 1 from May 5 to 28; phase 2 from June 11 to 28). At this session, the National Assembly will consider and pass 30 laws and 7 resolutions, including the amendment of the 2013 Constitution and many laws that have a direct impact on the fields of life, economy and society such as: Law on Organization of Local Government (amended), Law on Teachers, Law on Special Consumption Tax (amended), Law on Employment (amended)...; gave opinions on 6 draft laws and considered and decided on many other important issues, the work of arranging and organizing the apparatus, socio-economic development, national development, especially the Project on arranging administrative units and organizing local governments at 2 levels. At the same time, the Delegation informed about the socio-economic development situation in the first quarter of 2025 of the whole country and the province.

At the meeting, voters proposed: Regarding the Project on arranging administrative units and organizing local government, they hope to properly resolve policies for cadres and civil servants after the merger; policies to support non-professional cadres, have a mechanism to continue recruiting and arranging positions for a number of young, capable non-professional cadres in suitable positions; invest in infrastructure, especially connecting routes between regions after the merger; promptly resolve cases that have not been granted land use right certificates; the situation of many people of working age going to work far away, wanting to create jobs locally to ensure their lives; pay attention to developing local tourism; the State continues to have policies to support production development for people living in extremely difficult areas. Currently, 4 hamlets of Mai Long commune and some highland hamlets of Ca Thanh commune do not have telephone signals, hoping to soon invest in stations, telecommunications coverage...

After listening to voters' opinions, Nguyen Binh district leaders explained and clarified voters' opinions and recommendations within their authority. The provincial National Assembly delegation compiled other opinions and recommendations and forwarded them to relevant agencies for consideration and resolution.
