BHG - On behalf of the Prime Minister, on April 24, 2025, Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh signed the Decision to grant the Certificate of "Fatherland's Gratitude" to 90 martyrs of the Ministry of National Defense and the provinces and cities: Ha Giang, Ha Tinh, Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Ho Chi Minh City, Quang Tri, Son La.

Two martyrs of Ha Giang province were awarded the Certificate of "Fatherland's Gratitude": Truong Thi Lan, Forest Ranger of Phong Quang - Tay Con Linh Special-Use Forest Ranger Department and Tran Van Khien, Forest Ranger of Vi Xuyen District Forest Ranger Department who died while on duty to fight a forest fire on April 26, 2024 in the border area of 3 communes Lao Chai, Xin Chai, Phuong Tien, Vi Xuyen district in Phong Quang - Tay Con Linh Special-Use Forest.
This is the recognition of the Party and State for the contributions and brave sacrifices of comrades Truong Thi Lan and Tran Van Khien in performing their assigned tasks.
