Jack Grealish's future at Manchester City is in doubt as the £100m winger is ruled out of Pep Guardiola's plans and faces the prospect of leaving the Etihad Stadium in the summer of 2025. According to talkSPORT , Tottenham Hotspur and Everton are emerging as the two leading candidates in the race to sign the England international. In addition, there are at least five big European clubs and even giants from Saudi Arabia interested in the former Aston Villa captain.

Man City are willing to let Grealish go, but the minimum price is 50 million pounds. In addition, the England international's salary of up to 300,000 pounds a week makes many teams hesitate.

Grealish is sought after by many teams.

Tottenham are looking for a left-back after rejecting a permanent move for Timo Werner. New boss Thomas Frank sees Grealish as a key piece in his plans to build a new team. Everton, meanwhile, will only join if Man City agree to loan him out and cover some of his wages.

Aston Villa, Grealish's former club, have also been mentioned as a potential destination, but they are currently not actively pursuing him due to financial constraints. Newcastle have almost withdrawn from the race due to the impressive performances of Antony Gordon and Harvey Barnes.

Grealish played a major role in Man City's historic treble in the 2022/23 season, but gradually lost his place in the first team. Last season, his form declined and he was often on the bench, culminating in his elimination from the FA Cup final.

AC Milan, Inter Milan, Napoli, Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen are all keeping a close eye on Grealish, with Napoli keen on signing both Grealish and Alejandro Garnacho in the summer transfer window.

Meanwhile, Saudi Arabian club Al Qadsiah are also ready to make an attractive offer, but Grealish is said to want to stay in Europe to maintain his chances of attending the 2026 World Cup.

England manager Thomas Tuchel spoke to Grealish in April and advised him to consider taking a pay cut and finding regular football elsewhere to regain his form. Troy Deeney, the former Watford striker and now talkSPORT pundit, agrees that Tottenham could be the ideal destination: “Jack needs somewhere where he can play regularly, Spurs would be a good place to start again.”
