Paying pensions and social insurance benefits for May from April 25

Accordingly, implementing the Prime Minister's Official Dispatch No. 46 dated April 20, 2025 on the payment of pensions and social insurance benefits for May 2025; the announcement of the Ministry of Finance and the official dispatch of the Vietnam Social Security on the payment of pensions and social insurance benefits for the May payment period, in order to create conditions for people and workers to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), at the same time implementing social security policies and stimulating consumption, the provincial Social Security announces the payment of pensions and social insurance benefits for May earlier than usual. Specifically, for those receiving monthly pensions and social insurance benefits through personal accounts directly transferred by the provincial Social Security (not through the post office), the provincial Social Security will pay starting from April 25. For pensioners and monthly social insurance beneficiaries in cash at post office payment points, the time and place of payment will be announced by the post office, starting from April 26.

People receive pensions and social insurance benefits at a payment point in Vinh Hai ward (Nha Trang city).

To receive pensions and social insurance benefits conveniently and quickly, shortening travel time, and at the same time contributing to the implementation of the Government's policy of promoting the development of non-cash payments, the provincial Social Insurance encourages beneficiaries to register to receive pensions and social insurance benefits through personal accounts. People can contact the provincial Social Insurance, district Social Insurance or the provincial Post Office , district Post Office, and cash payment points of the post office to change the method of receiving pensions and social insurance benefits through personal accounts.
