During its development, the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) pursues a multi-layered ecosystem development strategy to create sustainable value for customers. For the priority customer group, MB provides the MB Priland product - a financial solution for the need to finance real estate purchases, preferential loan policies and specialized consulting. The solution is one of MB's services to help customers upgrade the quality of family assets - an increasingly obvious need in the new urban society.

For young customers, MB develops MB Junior to help users form money management habits. The bank provides modern credit card products, integrating entertainment, shopping, and travel incentives. The incentive system is designed with multiple channels, helping customers save on consumption costs, access better quality services without incurring excessive financial pressure.
In the corporate sector, MB is a strategic financial partner for both large corporations and small businesses and business households. For large enterprises, the BIZ MBBank digital platform helps digitize the entire process from borrowing to issuing L/C, shortening processing time by 10 times. "Shortening processing time, reducing waiting for documents, and accelerating cash flow are the key values that the economy needs," said an MB representative.
Along with that, the package "Powerful Combo - Becoming a business is not difficult" supports business households to convert to a business model, with incentives for beautiful account numbers, free transactions and effective sales management solutions.
In particular, the bank provides solutions to support the transition from individual business to enterprise. In October, the bank launched the "Relieve worries - Reduce burdens" package for small traders, providing flexible capital, competitive interest rates and free payment via VietQR code. This solution helps small traders rotate capital, save costs and manage cash flow more effectively, creating resilience for the economy.
In addition to capital, the bank also provides many other convenient solutions such as: Weather insurance based on rainfall, mSeller, payment speakers... to support businesses in complying with Decree 70.

These efforts help MB maintain its position in the top 5 largest banks in Vietnam in terms of operational efficiency and digital transformation. In 2025, MB will be among the Top 5 banks contributing the most to the state budget for the first time, with pre-tax profit in the first 6 months of the year reaching nearly VND 15,900 billion, up 18.3% over the same period, reflecting the effectiveness of MB's correct investment strategy, not just superficial growth.
MB representative said that the multi-layered ecosystem strategy is not to expand to "embrace everything", but to invest in the right focus on points that create long-term value for the economy. "We do not see banks as a place that only provides capital, MB aims to become a part of the financial life of every citizen, where the people are", said the bank representative.
Creating sustainable values from the community/ Associated with social responsibilities
Along with business activities, MB also maintains many community and social security programs, including the Charity App platform launched in 2021 under the direction of the Ministry of Science and Technology, in coordination with MB and the Vietnam Red Cross Society, opening a new direction for community charity activities in the digital age.
