" Saigontourist Group Food Culture and Delicacies Festival 2023 " organized by Saigon Tourist Corporation ( Saigontourist Group ) will take place for 4 days, from April 20 to 23, 2023 at Van Thanh Tourist Area, Ho Chi Minh City. With the success of the event in the organization last year, " Saigontourist Group Food Culture and Delicacies Festival 2022" was voted by the World Culinary Awards as "Asia's Best Culinary Festival 2022".

"In order to honor the culinary culture of the three regions, member units representing 4-5 star hotels, resorts, and restaurants of Saigontourist Group in Ho Chi Minh City and other localities will bring to the festival over 350 regional dishes and drinks presented through the talents of experienced chefs.
