On April 9, the Ministry of Science and Technology officially launched the "Information portal for receiving and announcing scientific, technological, innovative and digital transformation products and solutions" to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo, with the access address: https://nq57.mst.gov.vn.
This portal serves as an official channel to receive proposals for innovative “Products - Solutions” in the field of technology and digital transformation that have been successfully applied in Vietnam, bringing clear results to agencies and businesses. This initiative is also a part of the concretization of the Government 's Action Program in accordance with Resolution No. 03/NQ-CP issued on January 9, 2025, aiming to effectively implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.

Not only is this platform a place to announce scientific and technological products, it also plays a strategic role as a bridge between technological initiatives and the national digital transformation process. This portal helps encourage broad participation from the community and businesses, promoting the application of digital technology and advanced technology, especially in the country's key industries.
Up to now, this system has announced a total of 71 outstanding digital technology products and solutions, honored within the framework of the Make in Vietnam Digital Technology Product Award 2024. The products come from many different fields such as: industry and construction; agriculture, resources and environment; transportation, post and logistics; education, health, culture, society; finance, banking, trade and services...
A representative from FPT shared: “Resolution 57-NQ/TW opens a bright new chapter for the journey of developing the country through science, technology and innovation. FPT sees the launch of the official website at nq57.gov.vn as not only a step forward in policy communication, but also a strategic connection platform between the Government and the technology business community. This is a place to gather Make in Vietnam technology products that Vietnamese businesses have boldly invested, innovated and developed.”
Process of receiving, evaluating and selecting products and solutions Step 1: Enterprises, organizations and individuals submit new proposals via the Science-Technology-Innovation-Digital Transformation Products and Solutions Portal, at the access address: https://nq57.mst.gov.vn/. Step 2: Information Technology Center - Ministry of Science and Technology receives proposals, reviews information, documents and makes preliminary assessment of each product, solution of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation; Transfers to the Council Coordinator for processing. Step 3: The Council Coordinator transfers information and documents for each product and solution of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation to a Council Member for evaluation. Step 4: Council members establish an independent expert group to evaluate products and solutions for science, technology, innovation and digital transformation; record the evaluation opinions of each member of the independent expert group; Record the evaluation opinions of Council members (in the form of a report on evaluation of products and solutions for science, technology, innovation and digital transformation). Step 5: The Information Technology Center - Ministry of Science and Technology publicly announces on the Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation Products and Solutions Portal and the Ministry of Science and Technology Portal the proposals after being evaluated and selected by the Council for Evaluation of Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation Products and Solutions and a group of independent experts. |
