Although the BlackPink concert in Kaohsiung (Taiwan) ended brilliantly, the heat has not cooled down yet.
On X, a series of videos and images capturing the moment the four members shined on stage are still being shared at a dizzying speed. Notably, the scene of the entire stadium turning into a brilliant "pink sea" with 60,000 spectators gave netizens "goosebumps".
BlackPink covered Kaohsiung in pink
BlackPink's concert in Kaohsiung is part of the global tour Deadline World tour, taking place on October 18 and 19.
Before the concert took place, the entire city of Kaohsiung was covered in bright pink - the symbolic color of BlackPink. ET Today reported that this event brought the city more than 300 million NTD in tourism revenue, creating an unprecedented fever.

According to the city government, the appearance of BlackPink has breathed new life into the local economy , helping small shops, night markets, shopping malls and hotels all become bustling.
Kaohsiung National Stadium, where the concert took place, was packed with fans.
Subway ridership also skyrocketed, reaching 323,601 on the first day - the highest this year, and 281,511 on the following day, far surpassing the record set during the 2023 concert.
Famous night markets such as Ruifeng, Liuhe or Jilin are bustling until 2am, with sales increasing by more than 30% compared to normal days as locals and tourists line up to enjoy local cuisine.

Chosun newspaper estimated that BlackPink's concert had a total of about 120,000 attendees over two days (63,000 on day 1 and 59,000 on day 2), with all tickets sold out on the first day of sale.
During the two shows, BlackPink "burned up" the stage with a series of hits such as Kill this love, Pink Venom, Shutdown, How you like that... The new song Jump was also introduced by the 4 members here.
The highlight of the concert night was the solo stage of the four members Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé and Lisa. Each person brought a different musical color. Jisoo was gentle, Jennie was individual and charming, Rosé showed off her powerful voice, and Lisa exploded with an energetic hip hop style.

Four unique solo performances helped the audience fully feel the musical personality of each member, while demonstrating the group's maturity and outstanding stage presence.
Witnessing the brilliant "sea of pink", the members were moved: "We are truly touched by your cheers and passionate love. It's like a dream to see this beautiful stadium filled with the pink lights of Blinks. Thank you very much."
After successfully wrapping up two shows in Kaohsiung, BlackPink continued their Asia tour with 18 shows in seven major cities, including Bangkok, Jakarta, Bulacan, Singapore, Tokyo, and Hong Kong.
Besides the tour, the 4 members are also filming a MV for a new song, preparing for the group's comeback after 3 years.
