Proactively advise the Government , ministries, branches, Party committees and local authorities to develop and implement programs and plans for drug prevention and control; coordinate with agencies, departments, branches, unions and mass media agencies to promote propaganda and mobilize people to actively participate in drug prevention and control, especially ethnic minorities in remote, isolated and border areas and fishermen, to raise awareness of law enforcement, actively participate in mass movements to prevent and control drugs, create corridors and shields from the border and at sea, and remotely prevent drug sources from being smuggled into Vietnam through these areas.
