On the afternoon of August 28, comrade Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, awarded the 70-year Party membership badge on the occasion of September 2 to party member Bui Van Nam, Party cell of Trang Da 9 Residential Group, Nong Tien Ward Party Committee.

Comrade Bui Van Nam was born in 1936 in Hung Yen province. He joined the Party in 1956 and participated in the commune guerrillas, Youth Union activities, national defense workers; worked at units Z113, Z131, Ministry of National Defense , worked as an officer of the Organizing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Trang Da commune, Tuyen Quang town. During his activities and work, he always promoted the role of a Party member, exemplary, responsible in work, creating prestige with the masses, Party members and superiors. When working in the locality, he constantly promoted the sense of responsibility and experience to lead the locality to develop.
