People are happy when administrative procedures are streamlined.

With the highest political determination, Tuyen Quang has identified administrative procedure (AP) settlement as one of the key tasks. Since the merger, the province has achieved 84 points, classified as “Good”, ranked 7th out of 34 provinces and cities, and especially the satisfaction of people and businesses has reached absolute.

According to records, at the Chiem Hoa Commune Public Administration Service Center, facilities and modern equipment systems have been prepared, and management software has been updated regularly, helping the reception and processing of administrative records to take place quickly, transparently and in accordance with regulations. When people come to work, they are guided enthusiastically, the procedures are clear, saving travel time and costs. Many administrative procedures have shortened processing time, and at the same time, regulations, forms and fees are publicly posted, creating favorable conditions for people to monitor and supervise.

Thanh Thuy is one of the communes still facing many difficulties in the province, but under the close leadership of the local Party Committee and government and the close coordination of the provincial departments and branches; the two-level local government model in the commune has been effective in reducing the focal point, minimizing the intermediate levels, and at the same time creating a streamlined apparatus, close to the people. Mr. Din Van Thanh, a local resident who came to do land-related procedures, said: "At first, I thought it would be difficult and time-consuming, but when I came to the Public Administration Service Center, I was guided enthusiastically and thoughtfully by the staff, I quickly completed the documents and received the results sooner than expected, I am very satisfied".

In Lung Tam commune, the number of citizens coming to do procedures is quite large, but the atmosphere is still orderly and comfortable. The staff here implements the motto: solve all the work, not running out of time, ensuring all documents are received and processed within the day. According to Vice Chairman of Lung Tam Commune People's Committee, Mai Xuan Minh: "Because it is a mountainous commune, the awareness level of the ethnic people here is still limited, so the Party Committee and the commune government always closely monitor and urge the staff with the motto: solve all the work, not running out of time, ensuring all documents are received and processed within the day to create the most favorable conditions".

Each Public Administration Service Center in each locality has its own way of working, suitable to the actual conditions, but the common goal is still to aim at people's satisfaction, serving them better and better. The centers have arranged two separate transaction boxes: one for the general support department and one specifically for the disadvantaged and the elderly. The staff here, even though they are part-timers mobilized by the commune, work with dedication and responsibility. Every day, they receive and support 50 - 80 citizen files, providing specific instructions on each step in the process of handling administrative procedures, from using the VNeID application, scanning QR codes, to submitting files online on the electronic one-stop system. This method not only helps shorten the time to process files, but also creates maximum convenience for people, especially those who are not familiar with technology.

Mr. Nong Van Xuan, a specialist at the Bach Dich Commune Public Administration Service Center, shared: “Friendly public administration requires many factors. That is the attitude of the staff serving the people; the results of resolving administrative procedures quickly, transparently, shortening procedures, reducing paperwork, handling them correctly and before the deadline; the facilities and convenient space for receiving people. And importantly, the style, discipline, expertise of the staff, working scientifically , punctually, and with high responsibility. When these factors are preserved and spread, people's trust in the government will be stronger.”

A friendly public administration is not only measured by the number of files resolved on time or the level of technology application, but also by the smiles, satisfaction and trust of the people when leaving the transaction counter. It is from these small actions, warm gestures, and dedicated guidance that the image of administrative staff has become closer and more trustworthy in the hearts of the people.
